Delivery, Payment & Pricing


Here’s how it works!  To determine delivery options and charges, at checkout you will be prompted to enter a delivery address. Based on the address you enter, a shipping option and rate will be calculated.

Delivery/Shipping Options:

  • We provide FREE local delivery within 10 miles of our store.  Our delivery team uses an enclosed trailer and blanket wraps all of our furniture to ensure your furniture arrives in pristine condition.  The delivery charge includes in home setup.
  • If your delivery address is between 10 and 200 miles of our store, a delivery rate will be calculated at $1.50 per loaded mile (one way).  Our delivery team uses an enclosed trailer and blanket wraps all of our furniture to ensure your furniture arrives in pristine condition.  The delivery charge includes in home setup if necessary.  Please have the room empty and ready for delivery of your new furniture.
  • If your delivery address is outside of our delivery range but within the continental USA, contact us for more information.  Shipping charge is based on curbside delivery at a pre-arranged time.  The customer must provide unloading assistance for the driver.  Depending on the size and weight of the furniture, this could require more than 1 person to assist with the delivery.  Once unloaded from the truck, it is the customer’s responsibility to finish moving the furniture into the home and assembling if necessary.  For in home delivery and set up, additional charges will apply.
  • Want to avoid any shipping charges, just choose “In Store Pickup”.  We will notify you when your furniture is ready so that you can come in at a time convenient for you to pick up your furniture.

Once your furniture has been produced and is ready for delivery, one of our furniture specialists will contact you to set up a delivery/shipping/pickup time that is convenient for you.

Pricing and Description Errors:

We reserve the right to cancel any orders due to inadvertent pricing or description errors.  Any payment made will be refunded promptly.

Refunds/Returns:

In the unlikely event that you would like to return your purchase, a restocking fee of 30% will be retained.  In addition to the restocking fee, the customer is responsible for charges and the arrangement of return shipping.

Cancellations:

Cancellations will be allowed within 3 days of the time the order was received.  After 3 days, cancellation will require the forfeit of any down payment up to a maximum of 30%, excluding any shipping charges.

Down Payment:

A down payment of 30% is required to process your order.  The balance of the order will be due upon confirmation that the product has been finished and is awaiting delivery/pickup.  We accept all major credit cards including:  Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  We also accept Personal Checks, Paypal and good old fashioned Cash.

How long does it take to make my furniture?

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, it will take approximately 2-3 months for production and finishing.
